Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to permit time for parking and check-in. As a courtesy to other members and guests, we must start and end each service at the scheduled time since we might not be able to extend the time of your service.

​

A booked massage may be canceled by calling us and speaking to a front desk associate. Please be aware of our late cancellation policy. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rebook your service appointment.

We charge 50% of the service as a cancel/rebooking fee to the credit card on file to compensate our staff for missed wages when there is a last minute cancellation.

A No Call/No Show occurrence will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
