Cancellation Policy
A booked massage may be canceled by calling us and speaking to a front desk associate. Please be aware of our late cancellation policy. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rebook your service appointment.
We charge 50% of the service as a cancel/rebooking fee to the credit card on file to compensate our staff for missed wages when there is a last minute cancellation.
A No Call/No Show occurrence will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
We recommend to arrive early
Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow plenty of time for parking and check-in.
To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, services will begin and end at the scheduled times. If you arrive late, we may not be able to extend your service, so we appreciate your understanding and punctuality.
Communication during the treatment
Please communicate with your licensed service provider regarding table temperature, music volume and pressure technique to ensure your overall comfort. To enjoy the maximum benefit of your service our therapists will keep conversation to a minimum and we are also have a designated quiet zone area where services are performed. You are welcomed to breathe deeply and fully relax during your treatment. Always feel free to provide feedback about the pressure level, areas of special attention and anything else you deem necessary to make your treatment blissful.

Shipping
Shipping times may vary depending on order volume and destination. During busy periods, please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. We appreciate your patience and thank you for supporting Massage Kingdom Spa your business means the world to our small team.
Return Policy
All product sales at Massage Kingdom Spa's Website, are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products.
Massage Kingdom Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing but shows as delivered, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Massage Kingdom Spa is not responsible for resending orders due to incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.

Membership Credits
Membership credits (use for services) will roll over and accumulate, can also be combined and use for extra services and upgrades, credits are also transferable. Credits purchased from a package are transferable too.
What is Draping and How Does It Work During My Services?
Draping is a professional practice used during your massage or body treatment to ensure your comfort, privacy, and modesty.
How it Works:
Your therapist will use a clean sheet to cover all parts of your body not being actively worked on. Only the specific area being massaged or treated will be uncovered at any given time.
Your therapist will always leave the room while you disrobe and get onto the table, and will knock before re entering. They will guide you on how to position yourself under the sheet.
Draping allows for effective treatment while ensuring you feel secure, respected, and comfortable throughout your entire session. Your modesty is always our top priority.
