You can expect your spa treatment at Massage Kingdom Spa to be tailored to meet your needs. Our friendly staff will welcome you and ask you to fill out a quick questionnaire regarding your medical history, past or present injuries or other physical conditions that we should be aware of prior to your spa service.
A Licensed Registered provider will begin the process with a consultation where we listen to you and come to understand your particular concerns. We'll review your information, including current conditions that might affect treatment or if there is a specific area or challenge upon which you'd like us to focus. During future visits, our providers will ask about any changes, further tailoring your Massage Kingdom experience.

HOW DO I BOOK A MASSAGE?
You can schedule an appointment online, at www.massagekingdomspa.com or by contacting us directly by phone 682.224.2522 We also welcome walk-ins, we recommend scheduling in advance.
HOW DO I CANCEL A SERVICE THAT I’VE SCHEDULED?
A booked massage can be canceled by logging into your account on the website or by calling the spa. Please be aware of our late cancellation policy. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rebook your massage appointment. We charge 50% of the service made to the credit card on file to compensate our staff for missed wages when there is a last minute cancellation.
WHAT IF I’M NOT FEELING WELL?
If you are feeling sick or unwell prior to the start of your scheduled massage, we encourage you to stay home. Massage Kingdom Spa is an open-space concept and keeping guests and team members safe is everyone’s responsibility. If you begin to feel sick during your treatment, please let your massage therapist know immediately.
WHAT TYPE OF MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
Massage Kingdom Spa Membership offers guests an opportunity to make massage a part of their monthly or bi-monthly self-care routine with packages that include: savings on a 60 or 90 minute service (massage or facial), exclusive perks, roll-over credits and more.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Clients can cancel their recurring dues membership at any time by providing their 30-days written notice stating the desire to cancel. You may also cancel in-person at the spa. Just come in and ask one of our team members for a cancellation form.
WHAT IF I FAIL TO SHOW FOR A SCHEDULED MASSAGE OR ARRIVE LATE?
If you miss your appointment or arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled service start time, the service is automatically canceled, and the full price of the scheduled service is charged to the credit card on file. To ensure a relaxing experience, and get the full benefits of the massage, we advise guests to arrive on time (or 10 minutes early) for all scheduled appointments.
