You can expect your spa treatment at Massage Kingdom Spa to be tailored to meet your needs. Our friendly staff will welcome you and ask you to fill out a quick questionnaire regarding your medical history, past or present injuries or other physical conditions that we should be aware of prior to your spa service.
A Licensed Registered provider will begin the process with a consultation where we listen to you and come to understand your particular concerns. We'll review your information, including current conditions that might affect treatment or if there is a specific area or challenge upon which you'd like us to focus. During future visits, our providers will ask about any changes, further tailoring your Massage Kingdom experience.

You can schedule an appointment online, at www.massagekingdomspa.com or by contacting us directly by phone 682.224.2522 We also welcome walk-ins, we recommend scheduling in advance.
HOW DO I BOOK A MASSAGE?
A booked massage can be canceled by logging into your account on the website or by calling the spa. Please be aware of our late cancellation policy. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rebook your massage appointment.
HOW DO I CANCEL A SERVICE THAT I’VE SCHEDULED?
Our specialists can work with all hair types, including bald heads. However, we kindly ask for unobstructed access to the scalp for the best results. If you have extensions or dreadlocks, please remove them before your head spa treatment. We are not responsible for any damage if you choose to keep them in.
For dreadlocks, braids, curly, or coily hair, we offer towel dry, brush out, or straight blow dry for an additional fee.
CAN TEXTURED HAIR BE TREADED
WITH A HEAD SPA?
Yes, a head spa can be especially beneficial for people with dandruff or an oily scalp. Specialized treatments are available that target those issues and help maintain a balanced scalp environment.
CAN I GET A HEAD SPA IF I HAVE DANDRUFF OR AN OIL SCALP?
You can cancel your recurring dues membership at any time by providing a 30 days notices, you may cancel in person by visiting the spa and requesting canceling the membership or if its more convenient, you can also cancel over the phone by calling us at 682.224.2522. Be sure to provide the necessary details so we can assist you in processing your cancellation.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
If you miss your appointment or arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled service start time, the service is automatically canceled, and the full price of the scheduled service is charged to the credit card on file. To ensure a relaxing experience, and get the full benefits of the massage, we advise guests to arrive on time (or 10 minutes early) for all scheduled appointments.
